HOW TO SAVE OR CONVERT YOUR OFFICE 2007 WORD DOCUMENTS TO PDF OR XPS

Microsoft Office Word 2007 by default does not give its users the ability to convert their word
documents to pdf or xps.

The most commonly way to do this to download or buy third party software that converts word to pdf. Microsoft, however, provides a free add-on (additional programs) that when its installed, allows users to convert their word documents to pdf or xps.

In this tutorial, I will show you how to do this.
STEP 1
First download the software from their website
.
STEP 2

When the download is complete, run it as a normal program.
Open the document you want to convert into pdf or xps and go to save as.  In the list of file extensions that you can save your document into, you will find PDF and XPS Document, choose what you want and click on save.

When its done, the converted pdf file will open, or you find it where you saved it on your computer.
